I scripted the biggest video in the cold email niche.

This video was released on October 2nd 2023, and it was immediately an outlier.

Within just 12 hours, it was already at over 10k views, and it started ranking for the search term “Alex Hormozi”.

I’m not going to talk about the idea, title or thumbnail. I want to talk about the script.

We knew that the packaging was on point, but we wanted this video to educate the viewer on Alex Hormozi’s cold email strategy, but also a video sales letter to direct them to InstantlyAI’s cold email tool.

So we wanted to simultaneously go viral and have conversions for the software.

And to do that… we had a secret tool on our hands.

We found this in Hormozi’s $100M Leads book:

There was hard proof that Hormozi uses Instantly.

So once we educated the viewers on Hormozi’s strategy, just before the CTA, we mentioned proof that Alex uses their tool.

And then we told them if they wanted to implement the full cold email strategy that Hormozi uses —> click the link in the description.

The result: 150 conversions every 7 days for their software
