7 months ago, my good friend Jake offered me a role to write scripts at his YouTune agency.

“YouTube scripts?”

I didn't even know people scripted their videos.

I assumed that YouTubers would think of a topic, put up their camera, and talk into it until they got everything they wanted to say out.

But that couldn't be further from the truth - everyone was scripting their videos.

When I settled into the role, I dropped everything to immerse myself in YouTube scripts.

I went ghost on social media.

I dropped all video games (I am a casual league of legends enjoyer).

And I hid in my basement to write as many scripts as my brain could handle.

In the next 4 months, I wrote 300 scripts in total.

If I wasn't writing scripts, eating or shitting, I was watching YouTube videos to analyze how I could get better.

With the volume of scripts giving me confidence, I launched my scriptwriting offer publicly in January.
